Bleeding Hearts

Wow, haven't posted anything for a long time eh? Well, Josh told me that since he was going to be gone for a few days, he expected me to have less distractions and therefore to actually update my dA page. So yeah. I had a few things I wanted to post already, but I guess that's an extra reason to do so. ^_^

Let's see... Jill and Amy got 7th off on Tuesday, so rather than sitting in the tech lab all period, we went on a walk through the woods behind Jill's house. Multiple benefits. Not only did I get a few pretty cool shots, I also got to play around with Jill's manual camera (most awesome thing ever to be able to play with shutter speed, f-stops, etc. ), taught her a few things about using my little digi, and found a lovely new setting for photos, should I decide to go back one of these mornings.

These aren't actually in the woods, but Jill has some bleeding hearts growing in her front yard, so I decided to get a photo of them. They're such interesting flowers, and I'm looking forward to getting a few shots of my neighbor's white versions sometime soon.

This photo is untouched aside from a minor contrast fix- it was a little too light for my taste. Otherwise, the only edits are the resizing (Paint), border (Paint), and text (APSCS).
